Using this website
- Use the website lawfully, and do nothing that could harm it or the people who use it.
- If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
- We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the website or the people we serve.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are used for our work. If you have given in error, or an amount you did not intend, write to us through the contact details on this website as soon as you can and we will put it right. A regular donation can be changed or cancelled at any time, from your account or by writing to us.
If you add Gift Aid you confirm that the declaration you make is true, and that you will tell us if your circumstances change.
Bookings
When you book a place at an event or on a course, the details on its page, including the price, the dates and any conditions, form part of your booking. If we have to cancel, we will tell you and refund what you paid. If you can no longer attend, write to us; where we can offer a refund or a transfer, we will.
Volunteering
Offering to volunteer does not create a contract of employment. We will tell you what a role involves and what we ask of the people who do it before you begin.
